Why you should get your boiler serviced annually?

An annual boiler service is vital to maintain the guarantee from the boiler manufacturer. If you don’t get an annual service your guarantee is void.

Boiler servicing helps to extend the working life of the boiler. All our engineers will clean and service the parts. They should look out for potential issues that can cause leaks inside the boiler which is often the biggest culprit in causing breakdowns! Services also identify problems such as has your boiler been installed correctly, has it been poorly maintained. Check to ensure it’s safe to operate and is not producing monoxide gas. Check the flue for rust and make sure its not leaking gases back into the room its cited when operating.

Our gas engineer will always share observations after the service is complete to confirm all is good or to talk through and advise if any additional work will be needed.
